Tim York, 41, passed away peacefully in his sleep Saturday, July 31, 2010. He was born in San Luis Obispo, the oldest of two sons born to Sam and Judy York. Tim always had a smile on his face and a wonderful laugh. He was devoted to his family and his younger brother, Adam. As brother are, they would sometimes disagree, but their love for each other was indescribable. Tim never had children of his own, but cherished his nephew and nieces Thomas, Taylor and Bailee. Visitation will be from 3 to 5 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 8, 2010, and from 9 to service time at 1 p.m. Monday, Aug. 9, 2010, at Marshall-Spoo Sunset Funeral Chapel, 1239 Longbranch in Grover Beach.
