While just as traumatic...Steve's older brother Sam Polino died in a car accident not a motorcycle accident. RIP

I miss Steve - He was always good for a laugh. The water polo, swimming & diving team would not have been the same without him. He was a great diver with tons of potential. Steve ~ I think of you often and miss you alot.

Steve was an AMAZING diver and a great guy. I played hoops with his brother Joe and Steve would practice flips on the trampoline. He was incredible doing double lay out back flips and all kinds of crazy stuff. RIP Steve

Steve was the first boy to ask me to dance at some "dumb" school dance, he was so cool and kinda shy. He married my friend's sister and they moved to Missouri or Wisconsin. He ALWAYS advocated wearing a helmut when on a motorcycle yet that day he wasn't. He went into a coma, his brain had swelled and he just never woke up. I got to know him much better in his short adult life and this world is missing a magnificent soul. RIP Steve.

All I can say, is what an amazing person Steve was. We dated while I was a senior in H.S. and continued dating for 5 years. Steve was the love of my life! He was an amazing friend, boyfriend, and all around great guy! Everyone liked him, and he made a huge impact on my life and many others. To this day I think about him often. He married an amazing women, and his life ended way too early! Why is it that we always lose the "great one's"? To this day I am friends with Steve's guy friends, and we still talk about the "good ole days". Boy the memmories that we all have... RIP Steve you will always be my ONE TRUE LOVE. :-)

Sam Polino did not die in a motorcycle accident. He died in an automobile accident & my dad was at the scene. It was very sad & now to see that Steve died is even worse for the lovely parents these boys have.
