Ron is my cousin. He died suddenly in 2006 of a heart related issue. He lived in New Hampshire and left behind 4 great kids and a wonderful wife. He was in the Navy until 2002, and then worked as an engineer for a Navy shipyard as a civilian. He was such a generous and kind person...the best. We all miss him very much.

Ron was my best friend growing up,Ron,Colby, George Panos and I grew up together riding our bikes everywhere. After my mother's death when I was 13, Ron and I were separated until he came to visit me in Massachusetts during his Navy Years, I'm in shock! Ron was the one with his head on his shoulder's and I knew he would rise above people's expectations of us. Sadly Missed, gonna come visit you anyway, Love, Lee

I was very saddened to see that Ron passed on nearly 9 years ago. I was just thinking about him and went to Google and found this. Ron and I were on Navy Recruiting duty together in Manchester, NH. Ron worked very hard, but recruiting wasn't his cup of tea. Another Chief and I kept the CFRers off of his back until we transferred in October of '97. I know he was anxious to get out of recruiting and back to a boat. Ron was a nice guy and good sailor and I'm sorry for the family's loss. RIP and Fair Winds and Following Seas, shipmate.
