Phillip "Bryan" Barr, 42, of Buckeye, Ariz., passed away Friday, Jan. 18, 2008, in Goodyear, Ariz., from a devastating illness.
Bryan was born in March 1965 in Santa Maria. As a young man growing up in Nipomo, he was an avid hunter and fisherman. He was recognized by all the youth in Nipomo as he was one of the favorite umpires during Little League season.
Bryan had several siblings and was a great teacher and player of 'whiffle-ball'....

Bryan was a great husband and fatehr of 5 wonderful kids. I am so glad he was apart of my family for 19 yrs.. (married Karen Lipe June 1989). He is missed dearly by all of us, not a day goes by that he is not thought of.
RIP You are loved and missed!!!!!

im shocked vby this. i remember brian from little league. his dad harold used to drive this old red truck we called it sanford and son.

He was my friend. I miss him.......
He was a loved, husband, father, family member, and friend. He made things better with his life. Always had a good time. I miss him.

He is a really great dad.He was always there when you needed him.Everytime one of us wanted to back down he always encouraged us.Even though he is gone we still feel like he is with us no matter what.You were the best dad in the world and i will neve forget you or anything u taught me. i love you dad

Bryan was my oldest brother. Many fond memorys growing up. Like the time he chased me down Thompson road trying to throw syrup on me. He was in his underwear!!!

I am sorry to hear what happened to Bryan.He was a good friend to me at CCCA when we were growing up.I loved spending with your family and having fun.

I went to Central Coast Christian Academy 4th-10th grade with Bryan Barr.I was a friend to his family and especially to Carrie Barr.I liked going to their house and visit when I could.Bryan was a good friend when we were growing up together.I am now 55 and married for my 2nd time around,no kids.
