NORA BELLE CALLAHAN
(1942 - 2013)
~Nora Belle Foust Callahan, age 69, a 6-year resident of Bullhead City, Ariz., passed away Saturday, May 18, 2013, in Bullhead City after a courageous battle with C.O.P.D.
~She was born November 6, 1942, in DeWitt, Ark. Nora grew up in Grover City, Calif and graduated from Arroyo Grande High School in 1960. She was a short order cook in Oregon before her son Richard moved her to Arizona to raise her three granddaughters for him.
~Nora is survived by her daughter, Tracy Bowser, (mother of Chelynne M. Bowser and Sean); Son, Richard, (father of Tori, Alexis and Kendra); son, Larry Shuput; two sisters, Ruth Ganta Deal and Mary J. Deal; brother, Bob Foust; and many nieces and nephews.
~Nora wanted to be cremated and buried in Oregon. A memorial service for family was held in Bullhead City when she died.
~ A memorial service also will be held on Saturday, June 15, 2013, in Lebanon, Ore. Published in Mohave Daily News Online from June 5 to June 12, 2013
