Matthew K. Dague, 17, died Tuesday In an Arroyo Grande hospital. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday at St. John's Lutheran Church In Grover City with Pastor John W. Rose officiating. Burial will follow In Arroyo Grande Cemetery. Mr. Dague was born Jan. 19, 1963 in San Luis Obispo' and has lived the past 10 years in Arroyo Grande. He was a junior at Arroyo Grande High School. He is survived by his parents Mr. and Mrs. Duane Dague of Arroyo Grande; brother Lester Dague of San Diego; sisters Carta Gebhardt of Arlington, Virginia and Stephanie Dague of Arroyo Grande; grandfather M.E. Dague of Pismo Beach; grandmothers Matilda Dague of San Luis Obispo and Frances Campbell of San Jose. ' Visitation is until 8 p.m. tonight at Wood- Voakes Funeral Home in Arroyo Grande

Matt!! Sad..he died so,very young I just wish things could of had turn out diffrent for him!. Silly he was he made me laugh for no reason! just his smile was goofy enough for me to laugh! he was a special friend! and dearly missed. An angel now looking over his family God Bless you my friend! I will never forget you! your bright red hair with that brown coat vest that you like to wear all the time along with that cap! don't forget to comb your hair when you take off your cap! haha LOL!love you my friend!

Matt you are so missed as our son is also. You gave me our beautiful son to be with me for 28years 10months now he is with you in heaven! He always talked about you and was waiting for the day to finaly met you!! I love you both so much I will walk with you both again someday!!
