Mary Katherine Barnes
On March 4, 2009, Mary Katherine Barnes went home to be with the Lord she loved so much. She was preceded in death by her father Gabriel Sweeney Jr., mother who was loved dearly Charlene Vivian Sweeney. Mary was a devoted wife and the most loving mother one could possibly have. She is survived by her husband and her two cherished sons David and Jason. Survived also by brothers Gabriel III, Paul, Walter and John, sisters Judy, Shirley, Sylvia, Nancy, Betty, Barbara and Laura. Other than Jesus no kinder person ever walked this earth. While her spirit is already with the Lord she loved so much, her body will be laid to rest on March 17, 2009. Viewing will begin at 10 a.m., at Joshua Memorial Park & Mortuary, 808 E. Lancaster Blvd, Lancaster, CA 93535. Directly following will be a graveside service. The Rev. CW Lowery will be officiating all the services.
