Jeff was such a sweet man and hee cared so much about all of his friends. I still cannot process the fact that he was taken from us way too soon. I will miss his calls...his stories...

I remember Jeff best from elementary school - Washington, to be exact. He was hella' funny as a kid and had the fiercest temper. He got mad respect on the schoolyard! I'm late learning of this, looking too closely at my own navel, I guess... Jeff was my homeboy. It seems like I was just chatting w/him on FB about some dumb poker game. Strange...

I first met Jeffrey in elementary school. Used to tease me "Annie ,Annie with the airplane panties" Of course horrified at that age..Through the years, we became good friends. So many great & funny memories Anyone, who knew Shaggy, knew how special he was. He was taken too soon!!
I will miss our chats...Love You, Jeffrey

I met Jeff after he got back from Iraq. I'll miss sitting with him at the Coffee Bean in Santa Monica. He ended up moving to Las Vegas, but every once in a while he'd show up out of the blue. And it was always nice to see the big fella. It was obvious he had a big heart and he cared for the people in his world. I think he even loved my dog Pixley more than I did. I could never get him to stop feeding her his turkey meat that he'd bring along with him. I will always be grateful for his service to our country. Although, It was sad to see the ailments that he brought back with him from the war. But I always had much respect for what he did over there. You are missed pal. Sincerely, Steven and Pixley

Just found out and i'm really bummed about it. We grew up about half a block from each other and he was always little Jeff to me. Always had that squeaky voice till he grew up. RIP Jeff, i'll see you again on the other side my friend.

He just popped up in my mind. Thinking about the old days. Celebrating your home coming from Iraq with giant crab legs on the bbq. Jimmie and his goggles. 😂😂 so many good memories. I miss the random phone calls. And I miss you my friend. 💙
