Please Feel Free To Leave A Comment Or A Memory You Had With Glenn~
Glenn Roy Kenyon, 60 years old, was born in January, 1954, in Selma, California, and passed away December 3, 2014, in Tyler, Texas. Glenn lived most of his life on the California's Central Coast. His love for the ocean started as a young boy when living in Pismo Beach, California, spending many days searching for clams and other sea life. Glenn was an avid fisherman, always spending weekends and vacations deep sea fishing and taking many fishing trips in Mexico. He also designed custom fishing rods along with being very mechanical. In his younger years, he lived in Hawaii because of his love for surfing and the ocean. Golf was another favorite sport. Glenn also loved old cars and his Harley Davidson. He was retired from the Operating Engineers, where he operated heavy equipment and was one of the best operators in that union. After retirement he relocated to Flint, Texas to live with his parents on Lake Palestine, to enjoy a slower pace and fish off his dock, where he enjoyed lake living. Glenn never had children of his own but his only sibling, Lori's three children were like his own. He loved taking them on deep sea fishing trips and camping. Glenn was a true family man and was very close to all of them. He is survived by his father, Eugene Kenyon; mother, Geraldine Kenyon; sister, Lori (Kenyon) Iverson; brother-in-law, Ben Iverson; niece, Candy Iverson; and nephews, Ben Iverson and Nick Iverson.
