Drew "Donte" Kithcart, 23, of Grover Beach, passed away early Monday morning, July 1, 2013. He was born November 1989 to Indira Johnson-Bey and Douglas Wayne Kithcart in Santa Maria. Donte graduated from Paso Robles High School in 2008 and attended Cuesta College. He had previously worked at Olive Garden in San Luis Obispo as a waiter, where he brought joy to everyone he came in contact with. Donte was an extremely social person, who loved spending time with friends and family. He was an excellent singer and was chosen to sing the national anthem at his high school graduation. He was the life of every party. Donte is survived by his mother, Indira Johnson-Bey Goodwin (Linden Michael Goodwin); father, Douglas Wayne Kithcart; brother, Ken Kithcart; sister, Treana Danielle Goodwin; and countless extended family members and friends. Viewing will be from 5 to 7 p.m., with a memorial service at 7 p.m., Thursday, July 11, 2013, at Marshall-Spoo Sunset Funeral Chapel,1239 Longbranch Ave. in Grover Beach.
