aww shucks...this was a huge one for us. I had 1st period with Scott when he died. I remember the feeling of disbelief when I heard the sad news. He was funny, cute and way nice. We were so young, it was very hard to accept....still is. RIP Scott.

This one was a big/expensive lesson that I think not all of us took the time to learn...underage drinking is very serious.

a terrible shame. underage drinking is down right dangerous! but I didn't learn this until way after Scott died. I just had to figure it out. Grateful that I did. lucky really.

I learn a big lesson here. He was a good friend, and I am still so sad over this loss we all had. I remember, I had to ditch to go to his service. But, what a huge turn out it was, overflowing onto the street. I remember how hard this was on Richard Hanna & Michelle Quaresma. Scott's life ended way to soon!

I too ditched to go to his service. It was a huge loss. I shared a locker with Michelle when this happened, so hard for her, she had pictures of him in our locker. Richard was so devastated. I still remember talking to him after this happened. So sad, but he is still with us, I am so fortunate to hear his name on a regular basis here in South Carolina on the radio or TV, as we have a Scott Clark Toyota.
I have even told my teenage son about Scott.
RIP

Had Scott and Richard in different classes in '84. Scott's passing was hard, and so was watching Richard go through the mourning process. We were invincible then. It was a shock.

Yeah the administration at AGHS told us we could not go! I guess it did'nt work because I don't know anyone who did'nt ditch that day.

I sure liked Scott. He was a great guy and never had anything bad to say about anybody. I have thought of him often throughout the years.

Scott was a great guy and the wrestling team missed out on a great team member. I don't know of many people who actually stayed at school that day - we all love Scott very much

I remember having a funny relationship with Scott, he treated me like a sister, he would come to our volleyball games, he was a special person I hope all of our kids can learn from this tragic event.

I'm scott's youngest sister and just wanted to say how nice it is that my brother has not been forgotten after all these years. He was everything that everyone has said, cute, funny, friendly etc.... especially to me and my sister being he was our only brother and my mothers only son~ truly a DEVASTATING loss to our family!!! It's comforting to read your comments and know you share wonderful memories as well...... WE LUV YOU SCOTT !!!!!!!

I was sad for not attending the service. We all partied like beginning rock stars. I felt more guilty than sad when Scott passed. Only because it could have been any one of us. I had to pleasure to have Scott in a few classes. I also had the pleasure of being his "teammate" our freshman year of football. Scott was as "Hort" says "very funny" but what i admire about Scott is the fact that he was transparent. He could say anything that was on his mind with out a lot of concern or offense. Scott's traightforwardness made him mean on the football field & that was to our advantage. Scott played football like a "frickin-animal" just like our other friend "The Claw" , Jon Simmons outa Nipomo ! I will always have good memories of our friend & friends. Thanks for allowing me to finally share.

I think of Scott all the time. That was the worst--we were all so young. Scott and I had so much fun together, just seemed to fit and always together. I miss him and when I see Kim, it reminds me of him. Remember his smile?:)
