Robert Edward Felmlee Arroyo Grande-A funeral service will be at l0 a.m. Friday at Marshall-Spoo Sunset Funeral Chapel in Grover Beach for Robert Edward Felmlee 27, of Arroyo Grande. The Rev. John Payton of the Church of-the Nazarene in San Luis Obispo will officiate. He died as a result of a bicycle accident July 5, 1997, near Avila Beach. Mr. Felmlee was born Jan. 28, 1970, in Santa Maria. He was a lifelong resident of the Central Coast, attended Arroyo Grande High School, and Pacific Beach High School in San Luis Obispo. Mr. Felmlee attended New Life Community Church of the Naarene in Pismo Beach. Survivors include his mother and stepfather Beverly and Gerald Rowe of San Luis Ohispo; father and stepmother Larry and Linda Felmlee of Grover Beach; brother Thomas Felmlee of Arroyo Grande; sisters Laura Bedford of Grover Beach, and Olivia Felmlee of Oceano; stepsisters Roxanne Rowe of San Luis Ohispo, and Rebecca Nunez of Atascadero; stepbrothers Robert Rowe of Oceano, Gerald Rowe of San Luis Ohispo, and Jell Ray of Alabama; two aunts; one uncle; grandparents; stepgrandparents; 12 nieces and nephews; and three cousins. Mr. Felmlee was preceded in death by his grandfather Edward Stevens in 1982. Visitation is from noon until 7 p.m. Thursday.
