Larry E. Goularte
Larry E. Goularte, 52, died Wednesday, Aug. 15, 2012, at the Arroyo Grande Hospital. He was born in San Luis Obispo and was a lifelong resident of Arroyo Grande. Larry had been an employee of Williams Bros./Vons for over 28 years. He was an avid fisherman and held the world bass record in an organized tournament using artificial bait. He was a kind and gentle person whom will be missed greatly. Larry is survived by the love of his life, wife and partner of 18 years, Janet; two daughters Samone (Will Hudgins) and Jeanette Besch; four grandchildren Will Jr., Isabella, Cole and Daisy; brother, Mark (Kathy); nieces Kelsey and Kendra; and great niece, Sophie. A celebration of Larry''s life will be held at 4 p.m. Sunday, Aug, 19, 2012, at the sandy beach just south of the boat launch at Port Harford pier in Avila Beach.
