Joseph Rosson Joseph (Joe) Rosson, 58, born in San Bernardino, Calif., passed away on Wednesday, August 13, 2014. Joe was currently living near Phoenix, Ariz., but had been a long time resident of Santa Margarita. He grew up in Shell Beach and attended Arroyo Grande High School. After high school, Joe Served in the USMC. He later became a concrete contractor. Joe loved to hunt and enjoyed the outdoors. Joe is survived by his two children, Glen Rosson of Santa Margarita and Shelby Macdonald of Guadalupe; and three brothers, Jimmy, John and Chris Rosson.
