John was one of my closest friends from the time we met in 7th grade until his death. He was gutsy and nerdy all at once. I remember laughing with him until my sides hurt. I'm sorry he's gone, but at least I've got some great memories of some outrageous and ridiculous times.

One of my best friends in High School. I remember making hydrogen in the back yard with John. We lit it off and sent a small fireball over the roof. Big blue Cadillac. Crashing his dad's white van. Setting off a blooming rose firework in the house. Goodness, we had a blast. Miss you John.

John was one of my best friends in High School. I especially remember us all getting together for halloween making his place as scary as possible for the kids. He called me a few times before he died to let me know what was going on. It's hard to see good friends go like that but at least the good memories remain.
