Jeff Sills

Jeff Sills. It is with great sadness that our family announces the sudden passing of Jeff Sills, Michelle''s husband, best friend and soul mate; adored father of Madison Lee and Maison Anne; the most awesome son of David and Mary Ann Harrington and Kenneth and Cheri Sills; and son-in-law of Judson and Christie Porter. He will be greatly missed by his brothers Kenney and Cory Sills, and many other relatives and friends around the world. Jeff touched so many hearts and left an indelible mark on those who knew him. You are our world, our everything. God Bless You, Jeff. July 1968 to Saturday, Aug. 15, 2009. Jeff was born in July 1968 in San Luis Obispo, and died Saturday, Aug. 15, 2009. He was a lifelong resident of San Luis Obispo County. He graduated from Arroyo Grande High School with many treasured friends. He enjoyed motorcycle racing during his teenage years and raced throughout the state. He made his career in the construction industry and worked all over California. He loved NASCAR races and weekends at home with his family. Jeff was preceded in death by grandparents, John and Mary Lou Foremaster, and Harold and Sandy Sills and Ruby Sills. Jeff is survived by his beloved wife of 19 years, Michelle: cherished daughters Madison and Maison; and parents, David and Mary Anne Harrington and Kenneth and Cheri Sills; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. A celebration of Jeff''s life will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 20, 2009, at the Atascadero Bible Church, 6225 Atascadero Mall in Atascadero. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Jeff Sills Memorial Fund at City Bank, 6955 El Camino Real, Atascadero, CA 93422. Chapel of the Roses 466-1161 Atascadero

Wow, such a shock. Another of the A.G. motocross crew is gone too soon. My condolences to the Sills family.
Does anyone have a bead on any of those guys; Todd York, Troy/Mike/Russ Pryor, Gary Rikki? Would love to track those guys down.

Sad news. Didn't know the name but as soon as I saw his picture I knew exactly who he was. He seemed like a nice guy in school.

I am shocked and deeply saddend to learn of Jeff's passing. He was blessed in so many ways, it's hard for me to believe that he is gone. Unfortunatly we don't get to decide who goes when.

I can't attest to how good Jeff was on a dirt bike, but I can attest that he was pretty Bad @$$ on a Jet Ski. He could do some pretty amazing sh!t on a Jet Ski. The dude knew how to have fun, that was for sure.

My thoughts and prayers to Jeff's family.

Kenny,
I hope your doing ok. I think about you all the time. I'm doing better than I ever thought I could, thank's to you.

God bless.

This was my lil brother!! And kinny was my big brother...Jeff was the sweetest of them all, he would come by my house and check on me esp around the holidays, if I didint have a tree, he'd bring one back for the kids with present, he loved my cooking-I was crushed when I foundout that he passed, thankfully he knew the Lord so now hes up in heaven looking dwn on all of us! I haven't really been on here and one of my best friends Andrea helps this site (pays for it- everyone should be helping donate actually- my thoughts) so there's no excuse not to write about people that touched my heart. Jeff was like a brother to me. His aunt was one of my moms best friends. Jeff would take me dirt bike riding on the Mesa on one of his bikes many times and I swear would scare the shit out of me but it was always a thrill. Never a dull moment with Jeff, my brother from another mother #rip life is just so precious we mustn't take it for granted and be kind to one another.
