I'm totally shocked. I went to school with Howard's sister Carmelita (Class of '78) and I had no idea this has happened. I'm so sorry for this family.

I remember when he and Ray taught my friends and me how to ride dirt bikes. We had so much fun! Sorry to hear he is gone. :(

Like Tracey, I am also shocked to hear this news. I went out with his sister Carmelita and knew the family.

Howard was my brother and it's nice to see the remembrance posts.

Howard committed suicide after a long struggle with drug addiction. He placed himself on the train tracks about mile from where were grew up.

Again--thank you for remembering him.

Howard was part of my family, like all the Cunninghams. We were like siblings. He will forever be in my memory as someone who was so much fun to be around and laugh with...laugh hard too! :) I'll never forget he and Ray wrestling with my dad, *trying* to take him down. What a scene. Good times. Love & Light <3

I knew Howard all through high school, as well as Carmalita. He was a good guy and always liked to joke around. Sorry to hear of his passing...

I am so sorry for your loss, I knew you all. I lived on Manhattan Ave with my grandmother, my sister Althea and I. I remember he had that Camero and he would let me drive it. I will always remember you all. God bless
