Erin Rebecca Johnson- NIPOMO - A graveside service will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Los Osos Valley Memorial Park for Erin Rebecca Johnson, 18, of Nipomo. She died after a battle with PNET, a rare type of cancer, June 17, 1996, at a San Luis Obispo hospital, - Erin was born April 17, 1978, in San Luis Obispo. She was a 1996 graduate of Arroyo Grande High School, realizing her dream by graduating on stage with her class. Erin was active in soccer, softball, and volleyball, and worked with Carl's Jr. in Arroyo Grande. Survivors include her parents Don and Robin, Johnson of Nipomo; brother Steve of Nipomo; sister Wendy of Nipomo; grandparents; uncles, aunts, and cousins. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society of San Luis Obispo, 2050 Broad St., San Luis Obispo, CA 93401. Arrangements are under the direction of Lady Family-Sutcliffe Mortuary.
