David Cook ARROYO GRANDE David Jon Cook, 45, died July 23, 1991, at a San Luis Obispo hospital. Private family services have been held. Mr. Cook was born Feb. 4, 1946, in Lompoc. He graduated from Arroyo Grande High School and attended Cal Poly in San Luis Obispo and Cal Poly Pomona. He was a draftsman and landscape architectural engineer. Mr. Cook is survived by his mother: Ila M. Cook, a longtime resident of Arroyo Grande; a sister: Shirley Renshaw of Shell Beach; three aunts: Ginger Albury of Shell Beach, Darelyne Dana of San Luis Obispo and Marsha Byrd of Sutter Creek; Guy H. Stewart of Arroyo Grande; and several cousins. Donations in his memory may be made to the American Cancer Society. Sutcliffe Lawn Mortuary of San Luis Obispo directed arrangements.
