Connie (Consuelo) Ruiz Toribio of Oceano passed away Oct. 19, 2015. She was born November 15, 1945. She was 69 yrs old. She is survived by her husband Juan Toribio Sr, 3 children -- Juan Toribio Jr - spouse Cecilia, daughter Katalina (Kat) Austin - spouse Raymond, daughter Magdalina (Maggie) Lemus - spouse Rudy ... 6 grandchildren -- Raymond Austin Jr, AmandaRae Lewis - spouse Jonathan, Brandon Coulbourne, Sabrina Lemus, Joseph Lemus, Marissa Lemus...and 2 great grandchildren -- Faye & Alixander Austin, Peppeir & Foxx Lewis.

I have this picture with her autograph. At that time, she was one of my best friends. When my family moved away, lost touch. Had reconnected through Facebook and hoped to see her again. Didn't make it. :-( I remember her as a caring, fun-loving girl - quite a character.

Sorry, I just found out Connie has passed. I do believe Connie did graduated in 1964 the same time I did for I do see her in my senior AERIE 1964 class book. I believe we had PE together. So sorry for your loss.
