Bill was a beloved and dedicated father and husband and is survived by  his wife, Lisa Brownie; two daughters Ryleigh and Whitney [...] ]]></description><content:encoded><![CDATA[<div class="paragraph" style="text-align:center;"><font color="#6633FF" size="3"><em style=""><strong style="">Please Feel Free To Leave A Comment Or  A Memory You Had With Billy~</strong></em></font></div>  <div><div class="wsite-image wsite-image-border-thin " style="padding-top:10px;padding-bottom:10px;margin-left:0;margin-right:0;text-align:center"> <a> <img src="http://www.fallenclassmates.com/uploads/2/7/7/9/2779804/3621311.jpg?277" alt="Picture" style="width:auto;max-width:100%" /> </a> <div style="display:block;font-size:90%"></div> </div></div>  <div class="paragraph" style="text-align:center;"><strong><em><br />		 		William J Brownie II,  born in November of 1969 in San Luis Obispo,  passed away at home with his loving family at his side on Aug. 1, 2012.</em> 	 	 			 		 				 		 		 			 			 			 								 				 					 									 					 				 				 					 											 							 			  			 					 			 				 		 		 		 				 		<em><br /><br /> 	Bill was a beloved and dedicated father and husband and is survived by  his wife, Lisa Brownie; two daughters Ryleigh and Whitney Brownie; and  two sons William III and George Brownie.<br /><br /> 	He is also survived by his mother, Kathryn Brownie; father, William  Brownie; stepmother Mary Brownie; sisters Jeanita Brownie, Michelle  Clark and Kimberly Rael; brother Lee Brownie; stepsisters Suesanne  McDonald and Rita Anderson; as well as many nieces and nephews.<br /><br /> 	Bill attended and graduated from Atascadero High School in 1987. In  1988, he entered the building trades industry as a United Electrician  and was a member of IBEW Locan Union 48 in Portland, Oreg. He loved the  Union environment, and his dedication and camaraderie will always be  remembered within the brother/sisterhood.<br /><br /> 	Bill also enjoyed working on cars and trucks and loved four wheeling, both in the dunes and mountain terrain.<br /><br /> 	Bill will always be in our hearts and is now in the hands of our Lord.<br /><br /> 	Services will be held at the Paso Robles Highlands Church, 215 Oak Hill  Road next to Niblick Road, on Thursday, Aug. 9 at 1 p.m.<br /><br /> 	Following services, a reception will be held between 2 and 6 p.m. at  the Paso Robles Country Club located at 1600 Country Club Drive, also  next to Niblick Road in Paso Robles.		</em></strong><br /></div>]]></content:encoded></item></channel></rss>
